I'm looking for some advice on registering for a racing licence.

I have registered on the website and received a message saying that Cycling Ireland are going to verify my details. However, all I've done is put in my name, address, email, and licence preference. There was no request for payment or anything.

Is this all I need to do? Now just wait for my membership number?

Or have I got it all wrong?

Also, given that this will be my first season, would people recommend I go for the club or full racing licence?

Final question: is it possible to register for a licence at a race, for example at the Roundwood G.P. this weekend?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
