[Available] Room in Rathmines, Dublin, For Summer! July 1st - 7th Sept

    Hi Guys,

    I'm heading off on my travels for the summer and looking to rent my room out for 2 months - 1st of July to the 5th of September. Would suit someone responsible who's maybe needs somewhere to stay as a stop gap or who is visiting for the summer.

    The room is in a cosy and clean two bedroom apartment in sought after Rathmines Town Centre.

    Place is wooden floored through out except bedrooms and is very homely (I love it.) There's also a terrace/balcony.

    The bedroom has a double bed, it wouldn't be empty if that's ok but there would be plenty of space for your stuff and my room is pretty cool (probably suit a girl better but still ok for a boy - it's not pink or anything :p) Sheets, towels, all kitchen equipment etc would be made available to you.

    The apartment block is quiet, can't hear neighbours through the walls or floor boards or anything.

    It's right in the centre of rathmines next to an Aldi, there's also a lidl, tesco, Dunnes Stores, Cinema, restaurants, pubs and shops all within 5 min walking distance. 15 - 20 min walk to town but about 6 different buses go straight from across the road into town and come every few minutes or less.

    rent is 480 plus bills (i know it's high but it really is an excellent location.) Would be a bit extra for a couple.

    I live with another girl who's 26 friendly and sociable.

    - Central Heating - Cable Television -Washing Machine
    - Microwave -Internet
