Our club is playing a practise round in fermoy this week as one section of the junior cup is on there in july. Has anyone any opinons, ideas or advice on what kind of course it is and how best to play it? Thanks.

Fermoy GC's built on the side of a hill and a lot of the fairways slope across the direction of the drive. It's not a place that rewards a good drive and invariably you will have the ball either well above or below your stance.
It's not a very tight course so a score can be brought in, just that I have had perfectly straight drives sitting behind a tree when I get down there and it can get fair frustrating if it happens more than once.
