sea fishing dunlaoghaire

has any one had any success sea fishing in dunlaoghaire? ive been out four times now this year using all types of bait and our best result has been 2 mackrell and lots of small pollick. i have gone from dunlaoghaire all the way to bray head? is the water still to cold....
