    Hi

After years of not looking after my teeth, I have to get alot of work done. I went to a dentist in my home town and he put in two fillings, one fell out a week later, Im a nervous patient so I wont be going back to him .

I need to get 7 - 8 fillings, 1 extraction and I have two teeth missing in the back bottom left and another one that is there is also loose so that will fall out soon leaving a big gap of three missing teeth. I also have one from the back right missing and one from the back top right missing. The gums around my other teeth arent great but if look after properly should be ok.

What are my options I dont want a hollywood smile I just want to be able to smile. It has been said to me over the years that I never seem happy and its to do with me been aware of my teeth. This year I have decided to do something about it, I looked at going aboard but the horrow stories here put me off that idea.

Thanks a million for any feedback giving, I would be grateful if someone could recommed someone on here i dont mind travelling to dublin or anywhere. What type of money would you be talking roughly.

It doesn't sound like you need any kind of advanced work so why don't you ask your friends and family in your local town for a recommendation of an alternative dentist?

From what you say you need in terms of maintenance any competent dentist should be able to look after you.
