Gold Membership query

    Hi,just looking for a bit of advise. My son bought a 3 month gold membership for his xbox 360 today,but is having trouble with it. He is unable to redeem code. Every time he goes into redeem code,it goes to billing information,then looks for a postal code which of course we don't have. We have put in 0000 which normally works for me on other things but is saying invalid. Every time he changes his default country to Ireland it reverts back to UK. We have tried doing it on pc also but same story. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi,yeah it is. He finally got it working late last night. He had to make a new profile though. Thanks for replying.

    Did he get his 3month subscription or is it just that xbox live is working? When you buy a new xbox you can get 3 months free xbox live but you will have to create 3 individual profiles (1 month free per new profile up to three profiles)

    If he created a new profile and put his 3month code in and now its showing a 3 month subscription when he checks his xbox live status then ignore the above :)
