    Demonstrate Osmosis
    Effect of exercise on pulse
Effect of temperature & pH on enzymes
    Produce alcohol by yeast
Isolation of DNA from plant cell
    Factors for seed germination
    IAA (HATE that one lol)

    Thats what I think! :)

I was gonna skip IAA cause it kind of came up last year and its my least favourite... except for dissecting the heart... which also came last year! Wow, I'm glad I stayed back in junior infants...

I'd say you could add a microscope experiment to that list too

If IAA comes up I will puke all over my booklet. Hoping for a nice osmosis one (has that ever come up?) and maybe a few enzymes ones too. :)

So ya reckon that'd be a good start experiment wise? :)

That IAA experiment is really awful, hate it. Hopefully going to skip it if I can help it, don't mind doing any other experiment instead of it.

Osmosis came up in a long question but has never come up as an actual experiment question, i.e. never been a question 7, 8, or 9.

So what I've gotten from this thread is...Learn all the experiments cause there's a chance any of them could come up.....

There are 25 experiments and these are the 16 most likely to come up this year. The first 5 are the most likely followed by likely experiments..

    1. Investigate effect of exercise on pulse or breathing rate
    2. To demonstrate Osmosis
    3. Examine Plant cells under microscope
    4. Use instruments to collect animals in an ecosystem
    5. Test for Starch

    6. Effect of temperature on enzyme action
    7. Effect of PH on Enzymes
    8. Use Yeast to produce Ethanol
    9. Isolate DNA from a plant (onion)
    10. Show factors essential for seed germination
    11. Investigate growth of leaf yeast
    12. View TS of Dicot Stem
    13. Interpret Ecological keys
    14. Test for protein / Test for Reducing sugar
    15. Show Digestive Activity during Germination
    16. Immobilize an Enzyme
