Travel Route - Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam

Hi, Just looking for some tips on route. Currently in Laos & will be travelling right to South of Laos. Was thinking of going back up to Hanoi & then all the way down Vietnam & into Cambodia. How do I get from Southern Laos to Northern Nam? Thanks in advance!

That doesnt seem to make much sense. If you are going to Cambodia anyway why not go there from southern Laos then cross into Vietnam and go up the country. Any other way would involve a serious amount of backtracking

Why would you do that? It's a daft idea. As wallpaper said just continue in the direction you're going and do Vietnam from south to north.
