    I think they're class.

Liam Gallagher is the most entertaining frontman in history.

You should've seen how much the crowd loved him at Oxegen:cool:

they're classless, also is that the 'massive' crowd in the clip above?

You need more years and alot more music.

+1 to whoever it was that mentioned Time Is A Thief. First band I've heard on 'the scene' in months that aren't catastrophically shíte. Well, at least in terms of bands that would be suitable to book for the SU.

EDIT: Actually, there's a band called Shadows and Dust who have played around Maynooth once or twice as far as I can remember. Maybe not big enough to draw a crowd to fill the SU but they are fantastic and worth checking out for a support slot perhaps!

Don't suppose there'd be a chance of getting Elbow to do a gig, would there?

I seriously, seriously doubt it. Would be pretty awesome though, even for me who is not that into them.

Not in NUIM this year (on Erasmus), but would suggest you consider stand-up comedian Daniel Sloss, 21-year old has been on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and Mock The Week.
