are there any websites that provide free biking (road) workouts? would like to set up some for my edge 800 so as i can mix up my training on my own. doing a great session on thursday eve with finglas ravens and it's great for measuring prgoress. don't want to have to sign up to anything like trainingpeaks. alternatively,…
