Are you planning on renting for a few months or is it just for a few nights?
Daft.ie is pretty good for getting accomodation, the Argus newspaper (I think its out every Wednesday) also has a list of whats available.
After that, theres The Crown Plaza hotel, few B&B's about, and possibly try the student accommodation, I think they lower the rent a fair bit during the summer months.
