Ok so i did web check in today for my sister, but when i got the boarding pass i noticed it only says " 1 hand luggage only 10kgs" eventhough i had wanted a 32 kg bag also along with the hand luggage, now i booked it through their call centre and i rang them there and they have told me that all is fine and i can bring both bags.

Just wondering is it supposed to say that eventhough i have booked two bags? Has anybody travelled with them before and had the same thing happen.

    Thanks

It means you can bring 1 item of hand luggage on the aircraft. If you have already paid for the 32kg (€15 each way online) hold luggage as part of the booking you'll have to check the bag in at the airport.

If you haven't paid for it already. Add it to your booking now.

I've flown with them a few times and they're as strict as Ryanair.

I remember it saying somewhere on the boarding card about having 1 checked piece of luggage.
