How To Get Fast Definition?

    So if you were looking to be as defined as you can be in the space of like 2 to 4 weeks whats the bast way ta go about it.

    I've been chanign my weights from heavy to light for more reps and doin alot more bodyweight type stuff, doin more long runs, HIIT and core stuff.

    My question really is, should I be doin the high rep bodyweight exercises like push ups etc everyday or do I still need those rest days, I assume I dont need the rest days cause its not like I'm doin heavy stuff tryin to build but just trying to shape.

    You need 10% bodyfat, otherwise no definition.

    Also, low weights high reps doesn't do anything. The women in the gym curling their 1kg dumb-bells thinking they'll tone up are wrong. You can only build or lose muscle, not "tone" it. If you want to build muscle, you lift high weights, if you want to condition yourself for endurance and stamina, do bodyweight exercises, but don't expect visible results from them, and especially over a 4 week period.

    To get fast definition (in weeks not months), the only tried and tested method is by going here http://www.dictionary.com/..... otherwise, it'll take months and years, not weeks!!!! ;)

    Yeh I'm 10.2% percent at the moment. Zero definition at all. Literally none.

    Just need to drop that final 0.2% and I'll emerge from my bedcovers tomorrow morning like a blobby caterpillar transforming into a totally defined, sliced to shreds butterfly.

    If you are already 10% BF, it will take a strict diet and calorie counting to drop it lower, as well as a lot of hard work

    Exactly the reason I gave up on cutting (hadn't really bulked before) and start on my first bulk. I'm in the low teens at the moment and found that last couple of percent a nightmare.

    I figure if I bulk for a few months and drop back to the low teens, I should be in good shape - and possibly find it easier to drop to a sub-10% figure.....

    Stop eating sugar of any kind and cut out 90% of the carbs you eat for two weeks and you'll see a differnce - I assume this is for a holiday?

    I doubt you have much muscle if you're at 10.2% and you can't see anything.

    Took me a second to get this, but when I did - brilliant!

    Also, if you're at 10.2% and see no definition then I think you have 1 of 2 problems:

    1) You're BF calculator is wrong
    2) You have not got much muscle
