    rang insurance company yesterday to tell them i had changed car from 2.0l to 1.4l, insurance had been 512e, told me i would be delighted as it was now 427e, i told them they would be dissopinted as i had a quote for 327e, within 30 seconds they could do the same, well f**k me i said that is amazing i said to her, how did you manage that, reply was,i just done a bit of messing around with figures, iam sick to the teeth of being messed about, she told me just pay 47.50 e and will work away with direct debit as usual, over night that 47.50 has turned to 53.12e, i give up.
