RTE and spoilers in their ads

There are lots of threads here in which people get annoyed when someone doesn't put spoilers in spoiler tags so does anyone else think RTE put way too much about a new episode in their ads for some shows? Never wanting to know anything about the episode before I watch it, I find myself having to quickly change the channel if I see an ad for a show I follow! :( Especially if it's about an end of season episode.

    For example

Before I watched the last episode of Grey's Anatomy RTE informed me that
    Christina is pregnant
    or
The latest ad for The Walking Dead, for me, shows a lot about what happens when
    Rick gets to Atlanta

Yep, it's a bit fudging ridiculous. They practically give away the entire episode of some shows.

RTE can be pretty daft with the adverts, but a lot of the time, they wouldn't put the ads together. They would be shipped by the network that creates the show and RTE just shows it on tv.

The worst ever advert spoiler for me had to be for the end of Prison Break Season 2. I remember RTE had been showing it from Season 1, and i was watching it on RTE. It was coming up to the S2 Finale, when Sky were advertising that they were going to be airing Season 3. Thing was this ad showed Michael
locked up in a prison in Panama along with T-bag & Mahone
, so because of this, the Season 2 ending was totally ruined for me.
