What's the routes like around the campus these days after the various building works, have a meeting in Donnybrook tonight so was hoping to get about an hour off road in?
Any suggested laps / routes that won't make me too dizzy?

New 4 miles worth of trails (good for the legs) around the campus just built. Starts from just beside the track

Great thanks - start along the narrow trail between the track and road?
Is it sign posted or just follow your nose?

The opposite side (road outside the front of the Belfield house facing the track). I just followed my nose when I ran them around christmas Since then though I have been told they have fully finished the trail and it is a loop so i doubt you can go wrong

UCD services actually uploaded maps onto the main website ( no log in required) . The maps have exact distances and routes etc.

Could be handy, even if just to get distances.

Just downloaded the booklet - thats a fantastic project they've put together and great it was completed before budgets got burnt.

+1 for the UCD trails - I run on them all the time and they really are great. The only problem now is the amount of people/dog walkers on them!

Yep they are great to have for us in UCD ac to train on, I'm also considering holding a few small races on them over the next year.

Just finished nice trot around the campus. Don't think I quiet managed to run the correct bigger lap each loop, but found 2 laps that gave me 12.2k.
