    Ok, noobie question time.
If i record instruments like guitar and bass onto audacity, is there any way to put drum samples onto it?
Or how would i go about doing this?

AFAIK you can should only really use audacity to import audio to effect or adjust it. Better off using a proper DAW for all of the above. i.e download reaper or purchase another DAW when you understand the functions of DAWs fully and feel you need something else.

Reaper is probably worth looking into instead. http://www.reaper.fm/download.php

It's also easier to but down a basic drum track first and play along to it. Otherwise it's like pinning the tail on the donkey...

reaper would be the better option if you plan on using vsts along with samples
