for them non alcohol fueled but loanly nights ?? due to shift my body clock does be all over the place and wondered where is there a gym i could go to when feeling energetic at grave yard hours of the morning ?

Not any more. The fitness dock used to be but there was no demand to keep it 24 hour. Maybe get a kettle bell to do stuff at home?
