this is basically similar to what i think the motley fools share builder product does. however you have to be a uk resident to be able to sign up for that.

i've not signed up for any brokerage account yet as i don't want to sign up for the wrong one and end up being stuck with it. but i want to be able to buy both ETFs and dividend stocks.. from what i've been reading most of the brokers allow you to buy shares in the UK stock exchange?
