Clock Setting is Wrong on Iphone 4 and I Can't Change It

Hi Anyone else finding this problem this morning? My clock is nine minutes slow. As it's remotely updated I can't find any option to manually edit the time on my phone. I have deleted the Dublin option and re-selected it but no joy - it's still nine minutes slow. Any ideas? Austin

settings > general > date & time > set automatically (switch it on or off to set the time)
