I have a quick question about a problem with my iPhone. Over the last week or so when i try to charge my iPhone i get an error message saying "Charging is not supported with this device" Really Getting Annoying. Tried multiple iPod chargers but still no luck. I was wondering can anybody advice me on my next step.

Is it connected to the mains or to your PC?

Also if it is connecting to a pc, are you connected directly to pc or via a hub?
The main troubleshooting step i would take is test the same cable and iphone on another computer. If you dont have another computer handy, perhaps sky digital box (if you have one, does upc boxes have usb ports too?)
One thing i had happen to me is the "this accessory is not supported blah blah" message on dock of my clock radio, only happens when i have a particular case on as the connection isn't perfect.
