You can dance if you want to, you can leave your friends behind

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

From watching your video though Keith, those people seem like idiots.
They were told exactly what was going to happen. If it is the law, it's a stupid law, but they were told.
What else did they expect to happen.

Maybe it's my cynical self but I never take any of these types of videos at face value.

Something, probably some small form of protest, was about to go down there which is why the cops acted like they did.

Still, a nice show for all was put on.

    Thank you Wikipedia.
    Dancing controversy

In April 2008, Mary Brooke Oberwetter was arrested at the Jefferson Memorial while participating in an organized celebration of the 265th birthday of President Jefferson. Ms. Oberwetter and the group were dancing silently as they listened to music on headphones. She was charged with demonstrating without a permit (charge later dropped) and interfering with park police.
Oberwetter sued the arresting officer and park police for violating her first amendment right to free expression. In May 2011, the U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the arrest and conviction, confirming a lower court's finding that "the Jefferson Memorial is a nonpublic forum reserved for the tranquil commemoration of [President] Jefferson's legacy" and that Ms. Oberwetter had violated reasonable rules in place intended to maintain the monument for that purpose.
On May 29, 2011, five visitors were arrested while dancing inside the monument in protest of the court's decision. The protest and arrests were captured by numerous press and amatuer photographers
As of yet, no law or documentation of law or statute indicating that this actually is illegal has been cited.

The law is unconstitutional therefore it isn't a law. The police both here and abroad are responsible for upholding the Constitution.

That is true, they are all tree hugging hippies. Regardless if it was a demonstration or not, how is it illegal to dance in a public place.

The cop did say before that he will arrest them if they demonstrate by dancing. In no way is it illegal to dance and the cops should not have acted in that way.

Looks like a setup, that they went there knowing theyd get a reaction and then had the cameras rolling.

At the same time, absolutely ridiculous laws/rules whatever they are....or just the cops not wanting something to happen so they just make it up.

The first people that were arrested were not the people warned. They probably did hear the warning, but seeing as the police dude has his back to them the whole time and didn't even know they were there (he bumped into them while walking backwards) then it is not fair to say they were warned. He said stop, but didn't say what to stop, or that they would be arrested if they didn't.

it doesn't show everything, those people were trying to provoke a reaction as part of an organisation that does these things, they were arrested for having public protests / demonstrations without a permit.

The organisation isCode Pink, a radical demonstration group. The woman in the pink shirt is well known for being arrested and egging authorities on.
They did this once before a few months back at the same memorial with 20 people to demonstrate how "cops try to hinder free speech," they took that case to court.

Was just a set up and the police warn them more in a longer video.
One of them starts walking around while he's handcuffed and being arrested. Why? Just seems like they're trying their hardest to provoke a reaction from the cops so they can get publicity for themselves.

Had the police not intervened when they did you could have had tens if not dozens of people dancing around.
