Inner tube sizing

Hi all, sorry if this has been done to death. Just looking for some help on picking new inner tubes for my bike.

It's an old Phoenix road bike, and the tyres I have on it at the minute are Schwalbe 28/32-630 (I have no idea what these numbers mean... ) .

I can't find any tubes that match these measurements online. Can anyone tell me what I need exactly? Or better yet link me to a set!

So, 630 is the tire diameter in millimetres. What does the 28/32 refer to? Sorry, I can't see it on the link you provided.
