Im going to Spain next week and was thinking of getting a spray tan before I leave..
However, Im worried that the salt/chlorine in the sea/pool will make it look rotten. But I really dont wanna go pale skin in my bikini-my legs are almost see through :D

Anyone have any ideas? Do I grin and bear it until I get a touch of colour over there? DIY with a Johnsons gradual tan moisturiser?

I normally buy a can of spray tan and bring it with me and spray myself every second night. The chlorine does strip the tan off quite quickly so i don't think the johnsons would be any use.

What spray tan would you reccomend for that?
And does it not go patchy if you re-spray so often?

I use SunJunkie spray tan, i get it from wholesale but I'm sure you could ask about for a good one you could pick up in the chemist.

I don't find it gets patchy at all, once you apply it properly you shouldn't have any problems.

My friend uses Avon build up tan moisturiser and it works well, doesn't go patchy at all, she always looks like she has an natural tan. She says she just applies it every evening instead of an aftersun!

I always get a spray tan before a holiday since I'm super white and can't get colour of any kind. Spray tans look great for the first few days but wear off quickly due to swimming pools, suncream, increased number of showers and more sweating. After a few it will be patchy so you should bring a scrubby thing to buff it off. I reapply it at the end of the week to keep it looking good.

Hmmm I hate nothing more than patchy tan and dont wanna be worrying about it while Im away/having to fix it up halfway through. Was just hoping to have some kind of 10day fix of colour while im away that was unaffected by sun sea and sand!
Might just try the build-up tan moisturiser instead of after-sun and convince the fella that its a natural tan developing! :p
    Thanks for the suggestions guys!

A 10 day fix of colour, unaffected by sun, sea or sand..... good luck trying to find that one!

Personally, I would just grin and bear it. I couldn't be worrying about reapplying anything when I could be out enjoying myself...

^ Exactly why I was aiming for the ten days unaffected tan...obviously I knew it was a long shot but no harm in asking :)
Nada a quick lash of sun shimmer in the evenings wont fix!
