    I'm not sure if this belongs here or motors

    I was on my 2nd lerners permit but that ran out a few weeks ago, I'm just wondering where I go from here? I want to do my full test, tried and failed before :( , but I need to get another learners permit first, how do I go about getting a third or what happens?

    You have to apply for your driving test, then you can be issued with a new permit upon presentation of proof that you have applied for the test.

    I think that if you did the test while on your second permit, you can just use proof of that rather than having to book a new test.

    I actually rang and they said that to me, I thought it was only last year I did the test... Turns out it was 2008 :/ time flew in!! I'm gonna book the test and get it sorted asap, need to get back on the road! Little embarrased I haven't a full licence to begin with :o
