Ginseng-Thoughts on it

Just got some tablets today to take with water, just wanted to know if anyone who has taken it has really noticed a difference and does it help them? Thanks

What kind of tablets ? Is it ginseng or red ginseng (concentrated dried) ? Where is the ginseng from ?

I take the (red ginseng) tablets regularly enough and notice an enormous difference. Just feel like I have loads more energy and I notice that I sleep much better as well. Cannot recommend it enough. I have a few mates who take it and all experience similar results. One older lad swears it helps him in the bedroom department but I can't attest to those effects except in a general sense of having more energy as above.

I've also tried other varieties of ginseng and ways of ingesting it. I've tried the ginseng tea, red ginseng 'juice' etc.

I'm living in Korea so all the tablets etc I've taken are grown here but I've also tried the american and other Asian varieties and without a doubt the Korean / Asian (korean type) red ginseng is most definitely the most potent / has the greatest effect.

Well it helped me get the most excruciating rash I've ever experienced for about 3 days! I think i'm allergic
