    I found these coins while clearing out the shed and was wondering does any1 know is there any value to these, It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help, thanks

    The 1938 UK penny is one of 121,560,000 minted that year and the 1947 example is one of 52,220,440. Given that they are well worn and scratched they have no value whatsoever.

    The Irish pennies would need to be very rare to be worth anything given their condition, you only posted photos of the obverse so we can't see the years. Check this website for the value of pre-decimal Irish coins based on condition and year...

    I have numerous old irish coins ranging from late 1800s to late 1900s. I heard about the coin fair and dublin coin auction and i know one was held last april. can anyone tell me when the next event such as this is planned??? would love to know their real value. cheers

    The late 1800s would cover the later part of the reign of Queen Victoria, from then until 1928 there was no separate Irish coinage.
