Fixing Wooden Floor?

I have a wooden floor fitted in my living room - it cost 1000 2yrs ago and is somewhere between real wood, and laminate. One of the wooden panels has 'dipped' if that's the correct expression. Unfortunately, it's not anywhere that I can put a piece of furniture. Is it possible to replace this one piece myself? The whole floor is approx 18 x 18 with panels approx 6ft long. The panel itself is right in the middle of the floor. Thanks.
