Indie Pop is like so 'main-stream' man.

Probably stuff like The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon etc. I only have two categories of music.
    (a) Good
    (b) Bad

The Feelies, The Go-Betweens, The Verlaines, The Wedding Present, Yo La Tengo's less abbrassive moments and The DB's.

c86 and Flying Nun bands in general...

Man this is like a rorschach test or some musical themed word association game.

The Frank and Walters, The Lightning Seeds, The Wedding Present.

    Jangly guitar pop music.

    The Killers

I wouldn't say The Cure or The Smiths

The Pastels? That sort of stuff c86/k/sarah records from that sort of time is what I associate with indie pop. Contemporarily, Pains of Being Pure At Heart.
