Got myself a couple of bottles of Hobgoblin onightt. Tasted it in London last year and thought it was lovely once I got used to the taste.

Just wondering whether I should drink it chilled or not? Should it be kept in the fridge like beer or not?

It's fine cold but will work best at cellar temperature: 10-12C. I find ten minutes in the freezer will get a beer there from room temperature.

I like Hobgoblin, find it much nicer than Old Speckled hen. Yeah as beernut says putting it in the freezer chills it perfectly. Ive done this myself a few times.
