    Simple is always the best..no gym fees..just me and a pair of dumbells:

    Warmup 5 mins then:

    30 secs each for now

    Burpees
    Press-ups
    Lateral Box jumps
    Front Bridge
    Split Lunge dumbell Row
    Ski Jumpers
    Hyperclimbers
    Repeated this once and Im on my back, totally worked out head to toes...

    Bye bye belly..
