RUK daily morning preview (UPC)

    I know Racing UK is a subscription channel but on SKY they unblock a whet the appetite pre-racing preview for non-subscribers up until about 1pm before its blocked for subscribers only.
    UPC currently dont get this preview window as the channel is constantly blocked.

    Is this an understanding between SKY and RUK or is this something UPC marketing people could negotiate with RUK to get the same preview shown on UPC?.

    I cant see why RUK wouldnt give UPC the same to UPC non-subscribers as SKY seeing pre-racing preview viewers on UPC might buy the subscription on account of it?. Unless SKY have ankled RUK from offering this to another rival?.

    Different encryption systems - UPC never do these type of freeviews - the only ones I recall where eg weekend long freeviews for Sky Movies
