Phoenix Club holds a fully equipped 220 sq/meter boxing gym and a 100 sq/meter grappling area with authentic judo mats.

Our highly regarded coaching team is sharing its knowledge and experience with anyone willing to learn, improve and excel in the art of fighting and self defence, through Boxing, Judo and Sambo.
Advanced technique, coordinated speed, explosive power, stamina and cardio are achieved through a customised day-to-day training that shapes a disciplined lifestyle and the self confidence and determination of a champion.

The Phoenix Club was not created for fighters only, but also for anyone willing to keep fit and actively healthy and curious about learning new skills without being forced to any physical contact.

We help you stay toned and lean with efficient core work and weight loss circuits and by improving your flexibility. We’ll train you just as we train a fighter, with an old-school training program based on bag work, intensive pad work, rope skipping, medicine ball exercises (...).

Our dedicated coaching team will work with you on a structured and entertaining program to make sure you take the most of it while following each step of your progress.
