Opening Third eye??

Hey everyone,

Hoping someone would be able to help me. I am trying to open my third eye and could do with some help if anyone could help me.

Has anyone opened their third eye recently or anytime? and if so what did you expierence?

Really would love to hear from you all,

ive been working on mine lately using crystals and imagery....i cant say ive had any of the mind blowing experiences some people report but i definitely have experienced more clarity and being able to see things more as they really are.

hey lolo62,

how are you finding it? are you doing it long. I had one expierence but havent had any more since. I was trying to meditate ( although I not really sure how to mediate properly ha ha) but this one time I felt my heart starting to get fluttery and warm, then my head got really bright inside, as if a spotlight was shining really bright in my head, then i felt a really warm, loving peacefull but really warm feeling spread from my heart around my chest, shoulders arms, neck head and tummy....i got excited when it happened and lost it for a few seconds but it happened again, then I got excited again, then it disappeared and i couldnt make it happen again or anytime since.....

Have you seen any images or angels/spirit guides etc?

I have been working on it on and off for about a year now. I started as soon as I saw a video on youtube about the fluoridation of water and the effects of this on our pineal glands...scary stuff!

At first a lot of happened physically....electricity in my eyes/feeling like i was floating etc but then i realised i was becoming really ungrounded and trying to work it too much. I went to an astral travel class around that time too and had a bad experience after as I was trying too hard so I spent some time working on the lower chakras to get some balance and took a break from my third eye!

About 4 months ago I started doing gentle meditations with a set of crystals on and around the third eye and although I havent seen any guides/angels etc Im having amazing clarifying dreams and Im seeing things in my life that I couldnt see before...

What you described sounds lovely...some bliss!!! Ive had similar experiences when meditating on the heart.....annoying when your head tries to take over and narrate/document the experience!!!

When working on third eye, you should not be expecting exciting stuff to happen, just be be happy in your quiet space and it things are meant to happen then you will be led on that path.

But some people make stuff up about all these weird things happening to me, just relax and believe in the power of the spirit and things will happen when the time it right.

But mediation is the only way to achieve your goal and dont worry there is no exact way to mediate go with what ever way helping you relax and leave your mind blank.
