    Hi

has anyone any good fat burning circuits suitable for doing at home or on holidays? im in the gym and eat reasonably well but want to get my fat % down by doing a little extra in the evenings

what id have in mind is something along the lines of burpees, press ups, mountain climbers, all stuff you dont need equipment for.

If you sign up to the newsletter, you will be sent a "bikini blitz" programme which is a fat stripping programme The newsletter is worth getting as there's loads of great info in there but if you would prefer not to receive them you can unsubscribe as soon as you receive the programme by email :)
