I've driven about 35 miles this morning, Castleknock to Swords to Kilcock. As you can see all motorway miles, m50/m4. Now I was driving very Economical, from the most of my diesel, but surely the engine should be warm that it us now.

Any ideas as why it's so low?

Do you mean coolant temp? What exactly is the problem?

If it fluctuates then it's your coolant temperature sensor, but if it stays below 90 then your thermostat probably needs replacing.
You should see if the temp goes up to 90 when the car is running while stationery or when driving in traffic. If so then you need to change the thermostat.
A scan should reveal the problem also....
