You will be transfered to your original payment when the school year ends. Most transfer to JSA so I presume you'll go back to OPF.

You should be able to stop your Back to Education Allowance, and re-apply for OPFP.

But keep in mind if you are in full-time education, you cannot receive rent supplement if you are not on BTEA. As long as this doesn't apply, then there shouldn't be a problem.

Can I ask why you applied for BTEA last year instead of the grant?

Keep in mind though that the rules for OPFP have changed as of April this year. There may be complications if your youngest child has turned 14 in the meantime, although there is supposed to be allowances for those who are wanting to come back to OPFP from BTEA.
