I was wondering if anyone knew a site that does online car insurance quotes for
    Ireland.

One that does NOT require you to enter details so they can bother you with emails.

I remember finding one or two a few years back but now everyone has email and details needed.

    ^^^^^^

Brilliant, registered nearly 6 years ago and this is your first post. How did you even remember your user name?

To answer your question (kind of)

Insurance brokers don't require any of that information.

Just set up an email address specifically for this purpose, its hardly rocket science.

you don't even need to set up an account, anything with letter, and @ and a .com works.
    :D

so use xyz@xyz.com and you're grand.

    same with phone numbers...

Don't bother with online quotes, word over on the Motors forum is that you will always do better phoning them and as another poster said you can always phone a broker and don't forget the AA.
