I have a report template sheet created in OpenOffice Calc. I want to change the sheet so that, when it is exported as a PDF, the PDF is not editable.

I know I can do this by selecting the 'Security' tab when exporting as PDF and changing the settings there. But I want this setting to be default so the user doesn't have to keep making this change. Can anyone help how to do this? Thanks.
