could anybody tell me how to remove an e mail from a facebook page

we have 2 e mail addresses on a facebook page for a club. a member of the club who has access to the page and 1 of the emails has left the club and for security etc we do not want access for people not involved. there is no point just changing the password on the facebook a/c because they can still retrieve a password through the other e mail. i dont want to cancel the fb a/c either because of too many contacts etc on the page.

    can anyone advise me please?

If i understand you correctly and assuming it is actually a facebook page (not user account), and the email addresses are in the spot designated for them, and that you are a page administrator, then load the page, click the Edit Page button in the top right hand corner, then click basic information on the left hand side, and down towards the bottom of that list will be the email address fields which (again assuming the above) should have the emails in it. Simply remove what email address is no longer required. Click 'save changes'. If the stated assumptions are correct then this should work.

If it's a proper page (as opposed to profile) you just go to Edit and 'Manage Admins' and then remove the person.

Was it a page or profile?

Profile is generally for ordinary people and you have 'friends'.

Pages are for businesses or organisations and you have 'fans' (now known as 'people who like')

Among other things, you'll know if you have a Page as when you go to it and if you are an admin you'll see an 'Edit Page' instead of 'Edit profile' button in the top right.
