Anyone ever hear anything, or come across Target cars based in the netherlands before?

Not this car, just the company in general...

Dutch equivelant of VRT is more than ours. I cant see how it would be cheaper to buy a car there. Plus they'd be mainly LHD.

Unless your based in Holland of course.

Do you have to pay vrt to export a car?
Most of their cars are sourced from the UK so are rhd, and still have uk plates on them. And if it's a classic then there'd be no vrt on import to Ireland right?
They ship to the uk for £250 as well.

Dutch equivalent of VRT (called BPM) is not relevant when you import a UK (or Dutch) car into Ireland ;)

It would be if the car was registered in Holland because it's likely to cost more to buy as a result of BPM having been paid in the first place. Much like why there isnt car transporters full of Irish registered cars heading to forecourts in the UK.

Somehow I think the OP is interested in importing a car into Ireland. Not into the UK or the Netherlands :p

BTW the crashed car in the OPs link is a UK reg RHD car. Somehow I get the impression that car is not located in the Netherlands at all. Why would it be?

Looking at their stock, it does seem to be very competitively priced compared to here or the uk. Looking to import car to Ireland alright. Each ad specifies they are at eindhoven airport. Wouldnt make sense to buy uk cars, ship to holland, then re-advertise back in uk.

I got what he was looking to do alright but know nothing of the company so took it at face value that a Dutch car sales operation would be sellign dutch cars.

One of your links is 3 years old so the company is still in business. That says something.

I'll be in the area on Friday. If I have a bit of spare time, I'll have a look :)
