Hi ya, just checking how much are the bags in cork city?

We were with greenstar, at its time for renewal. We dont even fill the bins each week, so think its a waste of money at €270 a year.

Afaik the annual standing charge, including 18 bin tags is €385 though, there are discounts for early payments etc.

€385 for 18 bin tags? That seems expensive

That's the discounted price. Cork City Council have a standing charge - one pays for one's tags on top of that. No tag, no lift.

Get the cat to knock it over, mum's the word, once it's on the street .... and it's and 'accident' .......

for €40 I can get you ion touch with a six year old with no sim in their phone to report a 'fire' in your bin ~ total neighbourly clean-up. For free! Erm, just the €40 like, cough, cough!!! But the emergency services will turn out [at a cost of some €3,000 if you're stupid, hence the hint earlier].

Result, a [FREE] fire chief order to clean up! Marvellous. :)
