    Is it worth doing graduate programs ?

    It's like anything - it's what you make of it. I did a grad programme and I feel I would probably be doing just as well without one - I certainly would have worked just as hard. A good grad programme can teach you a lot about a job in a very short time and show you areas you wouldn't have considered or wouldn't have enough work experience to get into otherwise. Go for one if you get offered it - it's a job at the end of the day!

    Anyone know what the Vodafone Graduate program is like? How do they pick candidates if is just through interview?

    Thanks guys for yere respones. I'm sick of applying and hearing nothing so going to try a few grad programs .
