Kettlebelles Southside

    Hi,

    I just seen a post about the Kettlebelle and was wondering if they have any on the southside. I have had a quick look through and can’t see any re southside classes any infor would be great!

    I did classes in Raw gym in Ranelagh, they were great. www.bhaf.ie also have classes now, based in Sandyford. I'm not sure on www.crossfit.ie but I'm sure their website will have info, also based in Sandyford.

    I'm going to kettlebell classes in BHAF at the moment and really enjoying them! The poster called cmyk is running them so you could PM him about attending:)
