How many cigarettes do you smoke a day?

Some people smoke a small amount a day. I used to be on around 5 a day when i first started. Then I started wanting more. I'm now on roughly 10-15. Maybe a 20 the odd day.

Depends on if I leave the house or not. If I'm home all day it'll be about 7, if I'm at work or just about the place it'll be 10-15, if I go out on the sauce... jaysus I dont even want to think about it.

Yeah I know what ya mean, when I'm on out the juice I feckin fly through them. Always wake up wheezing the next day.

about 20-25 a day. i could buy a box in the morning and i would have to buy another before the shop closes at night because i wouldn't have enough to keep me going until morning.
if i had no way to the shop and i was without a fag i would actually get worked up to the point i could possibly cry! fact!
how bad is that?? i hate it and im only 22 and im smoking 7years now.

I smoke rollies so I'm not sure, but I think it's around 15-20.

Funnily enough, contrary to Fago, I think I smoke more if I'm just around the house.. If I'm at work I'd often have to wait a couple of hours to go for one, whereas at home I'll probably spark up every half an hour (don't hang around at home all day much though)..

If I'm out drinking it depends.. If I'm in a beer garden type thing for a long period of time, or if I'm in a smoke-friendly house, I'm pretty much chain smoking, if I'm indoors and there's good conversation, I'll barely head out for one at all.

Reading back over all that, seems to depend on how bored I am..!

Yeah I think it's like that for alot of people. Just smoke when you're bored. I think alot of people smoke when they're hungry too.

being hungry as a lot to do with it for me.

seeing as i have no job i try keep a box for 5 days. depending on the mood it could be gone in 3.

If i'm stayin in i'd smoke far more, about 10 or so, if i'm out i'd maybe have 2, i don't even want to think about how many i smoke when i'm out drinking, at least 20.

Ive been smoking nearly 5 years and i never, ever, go beyond 2-3 a day. I only smoke rollies and love the art of rolling but i just have never gotten really "addicted" over the last 5 years

I smoke 20 a day, and I mean day. I get back from work at around 6pm and will probably have 2 fags for the rest of the evening, can't figure that out myself.

I Smoke way more drinking, whether out or at home. And I horse through them when in the car.

I used to smoke 20-30 B&H a day. Switched to rollys to cut down and now smoke 50-60 a day I reckon. :rolleyes:

A Ciggy just doesn't satisfy anymore though no regrets.

It's the weirdest thing with me.
When I wake up the thought of smoking a cigarette would sicken me.
A friend stayed over once and he wakes up and lights a fag, had to ask him to not do that as it made me sick.
Going through the day I don't care either way, smoke around me, don't mind, but don't want one myself.
And in the evening I love nothing more than a few fags in front of the telly, but rarely more than 5-6.
My GF's even stranger, she is a non smoker, but every now and then (when there's drink involved), she will want a cigarette.
So, about 2-3 a year for her.:cool:

I always have a pack of rollies and skins in the drawer at home incase i have no money for smokes, i usually smoke 20 during the day and then the evening is about 10 rollies and i always manage to keep one cigarette till the next morning till i go the shop for another 20 of them delicious little sticks :p

I'd smoke 20 during the day, mostly in the morning , then 2 or 3 pipefulls of tobacco in the evening/night(assuming I'm at home)

that's not physically possible is it :eek: if your up for 18 hours a day that'd be 1 every 9 minutes... :eek:

My great aunt used to sit smoking all day - she'd light one off the end of one she finishing. Could easily come to 120 a day or more,.

I'm an on and smoker. I could go 3-4 months without one and then smoke 30-60 a day for while then peater back down to none. It just depends on my moods if I'm miserable/stressed/in a particularly self lothing mood I fly trough them. But when I'm up and happy and generaly in a good mood I tend not to smoke any.

It varies wildly for me. I'll smoke a lot less when I have bigger packs of tobacco (no idea why) but there'll be times that I'll go through 1 and a half 12.5 gram pouches if I'm staying up late watching TV. Recently I've been watching a lot of Mad Men, and the amount they smoke in that just has me reaching for the pouch every few minutes or so.
