what happens if i own 1/3 of a house (left to myself and 2 siblings by my late grandmother) . the house has been valued at approx 70K I have had an offer by my girlfriends dad in that he would buy the other 2 out for 22,500 each. We had an offer for 70,000 but they declined it from another party. Myself and my partner would like to do the repairs and rent it to pay her dad back. The other 2 siblings dont want to contibute anything ( and to date have not whereas i have and have proof of it). We dont wanna do any of that untill it is in our name OR just sell it alltogether. The house is in rapid decline and really needs a thorough repair however I am not prepared to do it alone with no help financially wise from the other 2.
my main question is : can i force a sale no matter what ?
