    I feel sick every time I see a new food appearing. A fry just reminds me of being hungover, which I am, but it's making it worse.

    Both, but with a preference for black. Loads of butchers and food producers have started to make black pudding the way it used to be made, which is far superior to the dried blood used in most puddings.

    Rudd's have a nice one with a ring of black wrapped around a smaller ring of white if buying in the supermarket. Better than the massively overrated Clonakilty.
