    Better grilled, and worth spending money on good quality ones. The cheap nasty ones you get in the supermarket seem to contain a massive amount of water and sodium polyphosphates etc that bulk the product in the container but result in something that looks like the back peelings of a sunburnt scobie when cooked.

    For research to be credible, it needs strong statistical analysis - no poll = no statistics.
