Just wondering if anyone has gone to a LGBT support group meeting in galway? I kinda want to go and meet more people during the summer. I can't go to gigsoc as the semester has finished. Also is dignity any good for meeting a potential partner, or is it more of a "wham bam thank you mam" kinda place.......? oh i'm 19 in case youe were wondering if I can drink...

    Have you heard of Shout?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

I'm in the same boat too. I'm a a bi Galway guy and can't seem to meet someone in the city either. Would like to keep it quiet for now until I come out. Would anyone be interested in forming our own social group where we could meet up, chat and build our own community of like minds? There's youth groups but I can't find anything active in Galway for grown ups where you can be discrete and seen as just another random group of people socialising without the labels.

    What do you guys think?

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that there's a couple of gay bars over in Galway, Club Dignity - Galway for example.
