Advice on an intrusive ex and legal action

    Hi all,

If this isn't the best forum to post this, please do suggest an alternative.

The problem is this, a friend of mine and my partner's is going through a divorce.

Her soon to be ex-husband is in denial about it, despite living in separate counties for over a year now.

He turns up unannounced, askes to borrow the car, even thinks he's entitled to be invited on her holiday with their kid (she has custody - he has scheduled visitation weekly).

He turns everything into a dispute and has no respect for her or her privacy or boundries. Without a doubt he's a nut, but legally, is there anything she can do?

She just wants him to stay away (outside of his visitation time obviously).

We cannot offer legal advice - your friend should contact a solicitor.

    All the best.
